My cousins had mario-themed Birthday Party today, so I decided to make mario mushrooms for it. This is the fist time I've filled a cupcake and won't be my last. My aunt gave me boxed mix, so no homemade cake in this post. I filled the cupcakes by cutting off the tops and scooping a hole out, then filling the hole with frosting. I reccomend to skip cutting the top off because it made a very messy cupcake. I filled the chocolate cupcakes with
cream cheese frosting, and the white cupcakes with
lemon frosting.
